Big Band Side of Andrew Neu: Catwalk

Big Band Side of Andrew Neu: Catwalk

15.00

CATWALK is Andrew Neu’s debut big band recording and was recorded at the legendary Eastwest Studios in Los Angeles. It’s produced by Brian Bromberg and features Randy Brecker, Bob Mintzer, Wayne Bergeron, Eric Marienthal, Gordon Goodwin and Rick Braun.

”After rehearsing for years with these veteran LA studio musicians I’m thrilled to finally release this exciting and fun collection of modern big band music. We’€™re lucky to have been joined by some of the living legends in the jazz industry. Having already recorded four contemporary jazz CDs I feel that this is my most honest recording to date!”

The playlist includes eight original compositions as well as the standards Body and Soul, Cinema Paradiso and What Is This Thing Called Love all arranged by Andrew covering swing, Latin and funk.
